Guacamole

 

1 large, perfectly ripe Hass avocado

3 tbsps sour cream

juice of 1 lime
pinch of cayenne pepper
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
3 tbsps finely chopped red onion
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, squashing the avocado, and either eat it right away, or cover it with clingfilm that touches the surface, so it does not brown.
